Because each piece is custom-made just for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, please reach out to us at support@glowvea.com, and we'll do our best to make it right.
Exceptions
We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective

You receive the wrong item
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Glowvea is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received, or for delays caused by shipping or customs.
