Our Jewelry
Are Glowvea pieces made of real gold?
All of our Gold and Rose Gold pieces are plated with 18k Gold or 18k Rose Gold. We use only high-quality metals, and unless otherwise stated, the base is made from 316L stainless steel.
Our jewelry is hypoallergenic, water-resistant, and made to last—it won’t fade, rust, tarnish, or stain.
What chain sizes does Glowvea offer?
Chain sizes are listed under the “Product Details” section on each product page. Our standard necklace length is 18", unless otherwise specified.
Do you offer a Lifetime Warranty?
Yes! We offer an optional Lifetime Warranty that you can add during checkout. This covers any fading, tarnishing, or damage to your jewelry. If anything happens to your piece, we’ll replace it for free.
Note: This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items and must be purchased at the time of ordering.
Care Instructions
Can I wear my Glowvea jewelry while swimming?
While our pieces are water-resistant, we recommend removing them during extended water exposure.
A quick shower or washing your hands is usually fine—but please remove your jewelry before swimming, long baths, or doing the dishes. And always take it off when handling harsh chemicals—your jewelry deserves the same love and care you give to your favorite people.
What are the care instructions for my jewelry?
Taking good care of your jewelry will keep it glowing for years to come. Here’s how to protect your Glowvea pieces:
For Gold-Plated Jewelry:
Our gold-plated pieces offer accessible luxury that lasts beautifully with proper care:
- Remove before applying lotions, perfume, sunscreen, or using cleaning products.
- Avoid chlorinated water—swimming pools can discolor and damage gold plating.
- Gently clean with warm water and mild soap. Avoid silver-specific cleansers.
Over time, all metals can naturally tarnish. To bring back the shine, lightly rub a baking soda paste on the jewelry and rinse thoroughly.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on whether your piece is in stock, made to order, or personalized. The best way to check is by visiting the product page and reviewing the Shipping Estimate.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed, we start processing it right away, so we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or have any concerns, contact our team immediately at support@glowvea.com. We'll do our best to assist, but changes aren't guaranteed.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personalized nature of many of our pieces, we do not accept returns. Each item is handcrafted with care, made just for you.
However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us right away at support@glowvea.com and we’ll make it right.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, Every order includes a tracking number which will be provided via email or text once your order is fulfilled.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Once processed, international deliveries typically take 5–15 business days. Local postal services often handle the final delivery.
